Congress Date

The 17th Urooncology Congress will be held between November 5 – 9, 2025.

Congress Hotel

The congress will be held at Cornelia Diamond Hotel.

Congress Language

Congress language is Turkish.

Certificate of Participation

All participants will be able to obtain their participation documents from the registration desk at the congress center on the afternoon of November 9, 2025.

Permission Letters

Congress invitation letters, which will be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation, will be sent to the participants through the Congress Secretariat. (Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes.)

Cancellation Conditions

• If the cancellation of participation is notified until April 4, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be made for registration cancellations after this date.
• Accommodation fees will be refunded at the rate of 50% only for cancellations made until April 4, 2025.
• Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.
