Registration and Accommodation

Accommodation fees include a 2% accommodation tax.
An additional 10% VAT will be added to the accommodation fees.
Accommodation fees are package prices and cover the check-in and check-out dates of the meeting.

Ventria Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, duties, and charges that may arise.

External Participation Fee
All accommodation arrangements for the congress must be made through Ventria Tourism.
If accommodation is not arranged via Ventria Tourism, a package external participation fee of €500 will be added to the registration fee.
The external participation fee applies to all attendees and company representatives regardless of registration type.
This fee includes access to the congress center during the scientific program and activities, lunch, coffee breaks, and local/foreign beverage services provided at all hotel bars between 09:00 and 18:00 in accordance with the hotel concept.
